Quote & Payment
Pricing is quote-based, depending on volume, paper, postal method, and campaign type.
Payment terms will be provided in the quotation and must be followed for service commencement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete data
- Approve letter templates before dispatch
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws
Print N Post is not liable for errors caused by inaccurate client data.
Delivery & Timing
Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to postal network conditions.
Print N Post ensures reasonable effort for timely delivery.
Liability
Print N Post is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by postal services or third-party partners.
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected campaign.
Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and Print N Post Studio processes are intellectual property of Print N Post.
Clients may not copy, share, or distribute proprietary materials without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes shall be addressed in the jurisdiction of Bangalore city, Karnataka, India.
NDA & Confidentiality Clause
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All client assignments, campaigns, documents, data files, and communication materials submitted to
Print N Post are treated as strictly confidential.
For every project engagement:
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of services.
- All data shall be processed solely for the purpose of executing the assigned service.
- No client data shall be shared, reused, retained, or disclosed beyond the agreed scope of work.
- Print N Post, along with its associated entities, employees, and authorized partners, are bound by confidentiality obligations for all assigned projects.
